Free Community Service Announcements (CSA)
Sapphire FM offers free advertising for local non-profit events and community causes.  If your event is eligible (see terms), please send your information to csa@sapphirefm.au - we’ll produce it into a 30 second radio announcement and run it for two weeks before your event (3 placements per week).  Please ensure your information meets these terms.

TERMS
·  Only genuine community or non-profit causes or events are eligible
·  As follow-up contact is often necessary, only information from a clearly identified representative with a contact phone number can be accepted
·  Availability limits mean CSAs are accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis.  If the schedule fills, CSAs cannot be accepted until the next availability
·  Info should be supplied by email no less than 4 weeks prior to the event
·  If you supply your own final copy, please note the maximum word count is 85
·  Sapphire FM reserves the right to decline copy, and/or edit copy for broadcast
·  To ensure fair access for all, CSA contributors cannot request a further CSA announcement for one calendar month after their existing run ends
·  Sapphire FM cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate information provided to it.  Every effort is made to correct inaccurate information supplied, if we’re advised in good time.
·  Please use this email facility only once per event.  Please do not add this email address to any general marketing list, provide it for others to do the same, or use it for follow up marketing once your event is scheduled.
